I ended up going with the traditional red and gold for the tree this year, I was tempted to go all out with pastels – they seem to be everywhere this year – but I will wait until the boxing day sales and then stock up for next year (yes I am cheap like that).
We had our Annual Family Christmas Photo over the weekend, this year, like last year was a fail. Keaton saw Santa and screamed…. He would not go anywhere near him. We managed to get a picture, but it’s terrible and not post worthy.
However on the way to Santa you go through a grotto full on Christmas trees and little windows with string puppets, it’s really beautiful and gets you into the Christmas spirit. It definitely makes the wait to see Santa worthwhile.
This is by far my most favourite time of the year!!!!
